Sunrise was great and the weather cooporated with no wind and no rain but was a bit on the chilly side. Took out 4 other guys and did more crabbing than fishing. Trolled at Lyle Pt during the morning slack without a bite. In two sets we were able to get our 25 crabs. Brought the propane heater and was well worth the deck space. Despite the constant pounding of swells and wind chop, we managed to catch fish all day long. I didn't hear the final results, but second place was over 10#.. A lot of fish caught. My 7 year old son and I fished north of the shipwreck, trolling north to south and picking up gear at the ship or a little south. We fished from 7-11am, and went 4 for 7. Turned out to be a nice morning too after the Saturday blow. Not very many boats out, so I was pleasantly surprised to get a limit.
