			<description>One of my favorite recipes. Take your salmon steak, filet and marinate it in Italian dressing for 8 hours. In the pan cook some minced garlic in butter. Take the salmon off the grill and drizzle the garic over it . Now take some orange pulp, ( this can be done by taking the skin off some orange slices and generously covering the fish). Last but not least peel some orange zest ( orange peel ) and put that on top.

You will wind up with a very flavorful fish that has alot of contrast and different  ...</description>

INGREDIENTS



1 pound (two 8-ounce packages) cream cheese, at room temperature 

1 cup sour cream 

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice 

2 tablespoons minced fresh dill 

2 teaspoons bottled horseradish, drained 

1 teaspoon salt 

1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
